While the CVA Optima shares the name of its popular predecessor this updated version has been re-designed with new features. Modeled after CVA’s top-of-the-line Accura the Optima features the same trigger-guard with actuated breeching lever internal parts and neutral center-of-gravity trigger as the Accura. CVA has included a one-piece DuraSight picatinny scope rail as well as a PalmSaver Ramrod to ensure comfortable loading with every shot. 

The updated cheek riser system is integrated directly into the Optima stock. This cheek riser allows for optimal sight picture no matter if you are using a scope or open sights. The cheek riser on the Optima comes with two separate spacers that raise the cheek rest ¼” and ½” This gives the shooter three different heights to adjust 0.00” (without a riser plate) 0.25” or 0.50”. The cheek risers can be easily changed out with only two screws making for quick adjustments when needed.
