IAM Membership Agreement

Christian Vigilant Arms (CVA)

Christian Vigilant (“Christian Vigilant,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides a membership program designed to support Christian families, outdoor-minded individuals, and responsible citizens in cultivating spiritual, family, and practical preparedness.

This IAM Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your membership with Christian Vigilant.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Membership Overview

Christian Vigilant offers two membership tiers designed to meet the needs of families and individuals seeking spiritual growth, outdoor readiness, and responsible stewardship.

1. IAM Membership

Monthly: $15.49/month (with 7-day free trial)
Annual: $164.99/year (equivalent to 2 months free)

Ideal for members who regularly purchase outdoor gear, equipment, tools, and accessories—while also participating in the spiritual, family, and practical preparedness elements of the Christian Vigilant community.

2. Armory Builder Membership

Monthly: $9.99/month (no trial)
Annual: $99.99/year

Designed for members focused primarily on weapon packages, curated builds, and foundational preparedness purchases.

Membership May Be Gifted

One person may purchase a membership for another individual.
Both the purchaser and recipient must comply with all terms and legal requirements.

2. Membership Term & Cancellation

Monthly Memberships

  • Billed every 30 days.

  • IAM Membership includes a 7-day free trial (new members only).

  • Cancel anytime through your online account or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No prorated refunds for partial months.

Annual Memberships

  • Billed once per year at the discounted annual rate.

  • Cancel anytime, but no refunds are issued for unused time.

  • Benefits continue through the end of the paid term.

Refund Policy

  • All membership fees—monthly or annual—are non-refundable after processing.

  • Free trial cancellations must occur before the trial ends to avoid charges.

  • Save an additional $130 when removing the custom case from eligible packages

  • Member pricing (10–20% off) on:

    • Christian Vigilant kits, tools, and accessories

    • Select gear and curated items

  • Priority access to limited releases, seasonal offerings, and new inventory drops

IAM-Exclusive Benefits

IAM Members receive a significantly expanded set of benefits designed to support spiritual, family, and practical readiness.

Purchasing Benefits

  • Exclusive Annual Purchase Opportunity
    Once per year, members may select one eligible off-the-shelf item at deeply reduced member pricing (cost + nominal fee).

  • Member pricing automatically applied to:

    • Off-the-shelf firearms (15–25% below MSRP)

    • Optics (15–45% below MSRP)

    • Outdoor gear & apparel (15–45% below MSRP — phased rollout)

    • Ammo (cost + $0.01 — phased rollout)

4. Use of Benefits & Fair Use Policy

Membership benefits are intended for personal household use only.

Christian Vigilant may suspend or terminate memberships (without refund) for:

  • Abuse of discount pricing (e.g., reselling discounted items)

  • Purchasing discounted items for non-members

  • Fraudulent activity or false information

  • Violations of MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) restrictions

  • Attempts to circumvent distributor or regulatory rules

5. Dropshipping, Fulfillment, and Real-Time Pricing

Christian Vigilant uses API-driven fulfillment through trusted distribution partners.
Member pricing updates dynamically based on:

  • distributor availability

  • MAP compliance

  • member tier

  • inventory restrictions

Some brands may restrict dropshipping availability.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Legal Compliance

We do not ship restricted items to the following states or jurisdictions:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington

By activating your membership and placing orders, you affirm that:

  • You understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • You are legally eligible to purchase and possess all items ordered.

  • You assume full responsibility for safe handling, assembly, and use of tools or equipment.

7. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the membership program, you acknowledge that:

  • Outdoor equipment, tools, and certain training activities involve risk.

  • You assume all responsibility for the safe handling and use of any product purchased or assembled.

  • Christian Vigilant is not liable for injury, misuse, or negligence.

8. Updates to This Agreement

Christian Vigilant may modify this Agreement to reflect:

  • New member benefits

  • Regulatory or compliance changes

  • Operational improvements

  • Pricing updates

  • Expanded product offerings

Members will receive 30 days’ notice for any material change.

Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
